I'm not saying this isn't a psyop, but since Texas began its rabies drop initiative to eradicate it in the wild, rabies numbers have actually increased. Also,regarding the west coast, I have a friend my children grew up with and web were close to his family.b just yesterday we received word that he is stationed in Washington state. He stated they were doing strange, but extensive drills with "strange and deadly" equipment with unusual soldiers and special ops from all over the globe. He put his life at risk by telling what he shared but he is a credible source and wanted his family and closer friends to be warned the best he could.
