WAR GAMES: SEARCH AND RESCUE IN GRANBURY.
Awoke suddenly Friday night by a loud boom, I arose to a complete blackout of my surrounding area. The only visable lights shone a few miles toward the west toward hwy 144, that is, until the bright lights of the search and rescue helicopter came into view. Its three beam search light was blinding as it moved along the area stretching between the hwy and my home. My husband and I listened and watched its manuvering for a couple hrs, but exhausted I fell asleep and did not awaken until a couple hrs later to discover the electricity had been restored. I'm not sure how that occured since no power company servicemen ever arrived to work on the transmitter for our neighborhood, which consequently is directly adjacent to my property. With this in mind I am perplex as to the cause of the regional blackout. Secondly, I was not aware until today of the program training helicopter pilots for homeland security in Granbury. Perhaps I am over complicating an event or maybe over simplifying the explaination with this, but I cannot believe anything short of saying the two events were definitly interconnected. Anyone having information regarding this incident or others simular in nature please please send me a reply in some form. If you would like to speak I will keep all inquireries confidental, but want to be able to inform others and warn of anything coming against the citizens of America.
