Recently my husband who has now found himself vit D deficient, was told by doctor that five yrs ago they knew there would be a vit D epedemic. People are outside most generally from their car to wrk and vise versa. Now, I took high levels of vitamin D for a while, but could not cont to afford it because if you've been into the Natural supplement store lately, well thenn you know how expemsive those shops can be. Until I got sick and until life got in the way we were sun worshipper, if you will. So. Before you spend alot on supplements go to the tanning bed or go sit by the pool, let your body make it as nature intended, because not only do rx vit D not stay and help maintain levels, in a yr or two the cost of rx supplements will go through the roof!

AMERICAN PUBLIC SCHOOLS FOUND TO BE WORST FORM OF EDUCATING OUR KIDS.
Sadly our public schools, paid for by WE THE PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED TAX DOLARS, ranked lowest on an independent survey disclosing overall education abilities of the schools to not only instruct, but on overall understanding of material .
Seems today they are more concerned with frightening our children and parents with homeland security "terrorist attack" drills, taking the kids to undisclosed locations while refusing to allow parents to take their children home or even know where the children are being taken during drills.
Explain to me why tjese are even necessary? Before the "war on terror" was declared how many attacks took place and the few that did were they really rogue "homegrown terrorists with anti-american agendas", or where they carried out by our own "government" black ops with scapegoats patsied for American "justice"?
I think these questions are ones that need to closely be thought about and investigated. Don't take my word for it. Look it up. My websites are filled with articles and videos giving alternative views to attacks such as 911. If for no other reason look into what the current agenda is for publicly educated chilfren and compare to pre-WWII Germany's protocol. It is frightening to say the least. The most unsettling thought I have is to see my grandchildren begin school and then find we can't find them! All these "drills" have a purpose, but as with everything else associated with our newly dictatorship government, nothing is as is seems.
Have we forgotten the Nazi's coldly and forcefully pulling children from mother's arms to be taken to work camps until they were worked to death or murdered? I don't know about you, but I would survive such a traumatic experience short of the immense anger and deep need to attempt to locate my most precious posessions!
